International Opportunities in Medical Education
International Opportunities in Medical Education (IOME) is an on-line resource that provides up-to-date information about the extent and nature of international health opportunities for students, residents, and faculty of U.S. allopathic medical schools as well as opportunities available in the United States for students, residents, and faculty of medical schools abroad. IOME is the result of a survey conducted collaboratively by the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER), AAMC, and the Global Health Education Consortium (GHEC, formerly the International Health Medical Education Consortium).
